Liquid Formulations

Capacity liquids - 15000 litres a month per 8-hour single shift. This includes Ethanol extractions, Syrups etc.

Usage: Internal as well as topical.

Capsulations

Automated and semi-automated capsule macines. Capsules are both Vegetable or Gel Bovine.

We offer a wide range of capsule sizes.

Gel bovine all are Kosher and Halaal

Tabletting

Double rotary tablet compression machines with internal precision tooling. Standard sizes.

Wet and dry manufacturing processes.
​Size of available punches: 6,8,10,11,12,13, 14.5 caplet, 17,19, 23. Large oval ​size of punch versus tablet press to be used.

Sizes 6,8,10,11, 12 - type B tablet press,​while size 13, 14.5, 17, 19, 23 - type D tablet press.

​Wet process: FBD controlled drying process under 40 degrees. ​Dry process: direct compression.

Packaging

Capability to package any product into final presentation for release to the market.

Can handle a variety of dosage forms.

Repacking

Reworking of existing packed stock – damaged, recalled etc
